Responsibilities
- Architect quantum neural networks with >99.9% coherence stability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical training pipelines for enterprise clients
- Implement quantum-secure authentication protocols for AI systems
- Optimize quantum circuit architectures for large-scale language models
- Lead research on quantum-enhanced reinforcement learning
- Document quantum algorithm implementations in patent-ready frameworks
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years building production-level quantum systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Certification in Quantum AI from MIT Professional Education
