Responsibilities
- Design quantum machine learning models for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science)
- Secure $500k+ in annual R&D grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum algorithm development
- Patent novel quantum neural network architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Publication record in QML or quantum information theory
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
