Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit architectures
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at premier conferences
- Secure research grants and patents for proprietary quantum-AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons
- Contribute to open-source quantum-AI libraries and frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related computational field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
