Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical AI systems
- Author peer-reviewed research papers on quantum neural networks and algorithm optimization
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum-AI acceleration architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of practical quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum computing journals (NeurIPS, Nature Physics)
