Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen AI/ML solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Partner with C-suite to secure $2M+ annual R&D budget for strategic initiatives
- Present technology forecasts to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists through our Tech Horizons incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, conferences)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
