- Architect quantum neural networks with 10^6+ qubit capacity

- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing/Physics/AI with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of scaling ML models to 10^9 parameters
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 quantum security frameworks
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi/TrueNorth)
- Published work on quantum decoherence mitigation
- Security clearance eligibility (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluency in Python/C++ with low-latency optimization
