Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Develop novel error correction protocols for quantum computing
- Secure $2M+ in NSF/DARPA grants for 2026-focused research initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning methodologies
- Author 3+ peer-reviewed publications annually in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in quantum machine learning or fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and Qiskit frameworks
- Track record of securing federal research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware interfaces
- Strong background in complex algorithm optimization
