Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, product development, or innovation roles with proven 5-year planning success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futures Studies required
- Portfolio demonstrating execution of 3+ innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., scenario planning, technology roadmapping)
