Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and drug discovery
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks using Qiskit and Cirq
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Create novel AI models leveraging quantum superposition for pattern recognition
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-algorithm integration
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum AI libraries
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Machine Learning with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical modeling
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
