Responsibilities
- Architect the enterprise-wide AI roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Oversee the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced generative AI frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence, with a proven track record in strategic leadership.
- Deep expertise in deep learning architectures, specifically Transformers and GANs.
- Strong background in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven history of shipping production-grade AI products that drive significant revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
