Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI/ML pipelines tailored for our 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI, into our core platform.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model deployment, and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical strategies with overarching business goals for 2026.
- Ensure all AI architectures comply with strict data security, privacy, and ethical AI guidelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software architecture and machine learning engineering.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML models in production environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and vector databases.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
