Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive AI roadmap aligned with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate AI capabilities into core business operations.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine their viability for future product enhancements.
- Oversee the ethical deployment of AI models, ensuring compliance and data privacy.
- Drive cross-functional partnerships to accelerate product development cycles.
- Present quarterly strategy updates to stakeholders and the board of directors.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with experience managing senior technical teams.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic value.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
