Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI systems designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the R&D strategy for Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Synthetic Data generation.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Edge AI) and integrate them into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale, high-performance AI models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
