Responsibilities

- Optimize Neural Workflows: Collaborate with data scientists to integrate advanced AI models into core business logic.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish engineering standards and mentor junior developers to maintain a premium codebase.
- System Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to rigorous security protocols and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, and Cloud Native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured technical challenges.
