Responsibilities
- Define and architect scalable, next-generation AI systems designed for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing principles into classical machine learning models.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, ensuring algorithmic transparency and fairness at scale.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and drive technical roadmaps for predictive intelligence modules.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex 2026 vision into concrete technical specifications.
- Oversee the deployment of autonomous agents across cloud and edge environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and high-performance computing clusters.
- Proven track record of implementing neural networks in production environments.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong understanding of quantum mechanics applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
