- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present tech vision to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing future tech incubation team
- Monitor global regulatory shifts impacting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of tech convergence patterns and paradigm shifts
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
