Responsibilities
- Architect and design the overarching AI infrastructure for the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, including advanced LLMs and generative AI models.
- Ensure all AI solutions are highly scalable, secure, and compliant with global data privacy standards.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model deployment, and continuous integration pipelines.
- Present technical strategies and progress updates to the C-suite and key stakeholders.
- Identify potential technological bottlenecks and proactively design innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of successfully deploying large-scale, enterprise-level machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI development.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
