Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI models tailored for our 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and software developers.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model deployment, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate cutting-edge research into our core tech stack.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI product development from initial concept to global launch.
- Drive technical due diligence for potential AI partnerships, integrations, and acquisitions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale, production-ready AI models.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and global regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor senior engineers.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
