Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions that impact millions of users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and senior engineers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for maximum performance and reliability.
- Present your project outcomes and key learnings to executive leadership at the end of the program.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Anticipated graduation date of Spring or Winter 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt quickly.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly in a collaborative team setting.
- Prior internship or project experience is a plus, but a passion for technology is a must.
