Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and technical execution of the 2026 AI Initiative.
- Design highly scalable, secure, and robust machine learning pipelines for enterprise-level deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to align AI strategies with overarching business objectives.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, frameworks, and LLM capabilities into our core platform.
- Mentor and guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Establish industry best practices for AI governance, ethics, and operational efficiency.
- Present technical roadmaps, architectural proposals, and progress updates to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years strictly focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of successfully deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern data streaming tools.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Extensive experience with MLOps and LLMOps frameworks is highly preferred.
