Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package inventory according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) with proper safety training
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the shift
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks using RF scanners
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and report hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background check
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts with frequent bending
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to our Wichita facility
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
