Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for night shift warehouse positions
- Conduct background checks and verifications for new hires
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for temporary staff
- Manage client relationships and staffing needs across 3PL facilities
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Utilize ATS software for candidate tracking and reporting
- Resolve staffing issues and ensure shift coverage continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
