Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using modern design systems.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and technical accuracy.
- Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and component libraries to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate on designs based on user data and performance metrics.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and prototyping skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with HTML/CSS basics and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design team members.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a contract, part-time capacity.
