Responsibilities

- Conduct user research through usability testing and stakeholder interviews

- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistent user experience
- Analyze user behavior data to drive iterative design improvements

Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating enterprise projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and WCAG guidelines
- Experience with user research methodologies (A/B testing, journey mapping)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions
