Responsibilities

- Collaborate with designers and product managers to prioritize research initiatives
- Present actionable recommendations to stakeholders with clear visualizations
- Manage research timelines and ensure deliverables align with sprint goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX research experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Proficiency in research tools (Optimal Workshop, Maze, Hotjar, Figma)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience with moderated and unmoderated remote testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate insights to non-technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end research processes and impact
