- Conduct 1:1 user interviews and moderated usability sessions
- Analyze qualitative data to identify pain points and opportunities
- Develop user personas and journey maps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research roadmap
- Present findings through compelling visual reports
- Implement A/B tests to validate design hypotheses
- Stay current on UX research methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years UX research experience
- Portfolio demonstrating research impact
- Proficiency in Figma, Maze, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills
- Experience with moderated and unmoderated testing
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Background in fintech or SaaS preferred
- Local Austin candidates strongly preferred
