Responsibilities
- Execute daily administrative duties including filing, data entry, and answering multi-line phone systems.
- Assist customers and clients with inquiries regarding products, services, and store operations.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents with high accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area and inventory storage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform light lifting and stocking tasks as assigned.
- Update and maintain digital databases and spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in an office or customer service setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
