Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse part-time and temporary roles across Milwaukee industries
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs and match talent requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS, ensuring timely communication and exceptional candidate experience
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends in Milwaukee
- Coordinate interview logistics and facilitate seamless onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop staffing solutions and meet client KPIs
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics and performance
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience, preferably in agency or high-volume environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Knowledge of Milwaukee's job market and local business landscape preferred
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field a plus
