Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time positions in healthcare, tech, and retail sectors
- Conduct virtual interviews and assess candidate skills against client requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with Houston-based hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
- Represent our agency at Houston job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with part-time focus
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Houston's job market and local industries
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
