Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to identify and engage top-tier talent.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Job Matching: Match qualified candidates with open positions and manage the interview scheduling process.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare offer letters.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Fresno area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new recruiting software (ATS).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for on-site client visits.
