Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Managing candidate relationships and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Administering pre-employment assessments and background checks.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation for temporary and contract staff.
- Collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional off-site interviews).
