Responsibilities
- Source Candidates: Utilize job boards and social media to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen Resumes: Review applications and conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide updates.
- Administrative Support: Update candidate databases, prepare offer letters, and manage recruitment paperwork.
- Market Research: Stay informed about salary trends and industry news in the Raleigh area.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be available to work 20-25 hours per week during business hours.
- Location: Must be located in or willing to commute to Raleigh, NC.
