- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash handling with precision.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and daily floor operations as needed.
- Provide local recommendations and assistance to tourists and residents alike.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
