- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and performance standards are upheld.
- Documentation: Create clear, comprehensive technical documentation for all developed systems and APIs.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to enhance application speed and user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or a comparable modern language.
- Frameworks: Experience with React, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours (20-30 hours/week) with a high degree of autonomy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
