Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to priority schedules
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and conduct daily cycle counts
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and report equipment issues
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless inventory transfers
- Complete digital paperwork and maintain real-time inventory records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation to industrial East Bay locations
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
