Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for next-day delivery with zero-error verification
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform cycle counts and stock rotation to ensure FIFO compliance
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless transition of critical tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to 10pm-6am shift schedule
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
