Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package shipments using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and digital records via warehouse management software
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report malfunctions
- Support facility cleanliness and organization throughout shift
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
