Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory in warehouse management systems
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean work areas
- Document all activities using digital tracking systems and reporting tools
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in low-light conditions
