Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for next-day delivery with precision and speed
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Complete daily reports and documentation in our warehouse management system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible schedule availability (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor View Drive facility
