Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory during peak night shift hours
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly shipment deadlines
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in a 24/7 operational environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
