Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain organized inventory in a 500,000 sq ft facility
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Document inventory discrepancies and operational issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Availability for 4-12 hour shifts between 8 PM-6 AM
- Reliable transportation to industrial northside location
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management
