Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight and shift-based positions across Fort Worth
- Manage client relationships and staffing needs during evening hours
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments for night shift roles
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new night shift employees
- Maintain accurate staffing records and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless 24/7 operations
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize night shift workforce efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, overnight environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Valid Texas driver's license (for client site visits)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related field preferred
