Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, scanning, and documentation during overnight operations
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions and handoffs
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systems
- Resolve operational discrepancies with minimal downtime
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Support emergency logistics requests during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience (night shift preferred)
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM, weekends as needed)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Basic math and English literacy requirements
