Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain organized stock locations and perform cycle counts as directed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly shipping deadlines
- Adhere to safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions immediately
- Support inventory audits and documentation with precision
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- OSHA certification for forklift operation or willingness to obtain
- Proficient with RF scanners and basic warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts with weekend availability
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park location
- Background check and drug screen required
