Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unbox and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless transition of goods
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Package and prepare outbound shipments for timely dispatch
- Participate in weekly safety training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Reliable transportation to the East Bay facility
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
