Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for tech and e-commerce clients
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and FIFO protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts safely within OSHA guidelines
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime during peak seasons
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid CA Driver's License for equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
