Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with precision
- Organize inventory using warehouse management systems
- Pack and prepare orders for weekend distribution
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Collaborate with weekend team leads to meet productivity targets
Qualifications
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to industrial Fresno location
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
