Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory management and stock rotation in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with all safety regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Document all activities using digital tracking systems and quality control logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience (night shift preferred)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Reliable transportation and valid Louisiana ID
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in low-light environments
