Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using warehouse management systems
- Load/unload trucks and maintain organized staging areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to night shift hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) for 3-6 months
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
