Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain organized inventory records with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA protocols
- Perform quality control inspections on products before shipment
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Adhere to all safety policies including PPE requirements and emergency procedures
- Document daily activities in digital logbooks and inventory management software
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and error prevention mindset
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) for 3-6 months
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to 24/3 industrial zone location
